PQ Talks meeting on the Institute's books

On Monday, June 12, 2023, at 19:00 at Holesovice Market in Prague in the frame of the PQ Talks session a meeting will take place, during which books shortlisted for the PQ Best Publication Award will be presented.

Two publications of the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute will be presented by Zoltán Imre, co-editor of one of the books (with Dariusz Kosiński), and Krystyna Mogilnicka, head of the International Cooperation Department in the Institute. Our nominated publications are the three-volume “Change of setting. Polish theatrical and social scenography of the 20th and 21st centuries” and “Reclaimed Avant-garde: Spaces and Stages of Avant-garde Theater in Central and Eastern Europe”.

The conversation will be moderated by Pavel Drábek. Other guests presenting books nominated for the PQ Best Publication Award are Laurel Jay Carpenter and Terese Longva, Pía Gutiérrez Díaz, Flaviana Xavier Antunes Sampaio, Néill O’Dwyer, Tanja Beer, Valentina Bari and Pheonía Veloz, Louise Ann Wilson.
